BLISTER PACKING

The product is kept on the pre coated cardboard.

The heated clear film (PVC/SURLYN) is sucked
towards the card, which gives skin tight grip by
fixing the product to the base cardboard is known
as SKIN PACKING.

Blister's are formed with the help of product shape moulds, which is kept under the heated rigid PVC/HIP or any thermoforming grade material. Formed blister's are cut with the help of cutting die as per requirement.
The product is kept into the cut blister and sealed is known as BLISTER PACKING.
